1. Service
SanadSarf manages payment vouchers, imprests, master data, users, permissions, reports, and backups. Some functions run locally; synchronization and some services require an internet connection or Google Drive.
2. Authorized use
The using organization is responsible for administrators, users, permissions, and credentials. Users must not bypass permissions, access another company's data, or misuse the service.
3. Company data and backups
Company data remains the property of the using organization. Users should monitor synchronization and keep suitable backups. Local backup files may contain complete company data and must be protected.
4. Google services
Google Drive connection is optional and is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Revoking consent stops synchronization until the account is reconnected. SanadSarf never asks for a Google password.
5. License and intellectual property
The license grants use according to its type, duration, and limits. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, or brand. Unauthorized copying, activation circumvention, or prohibited reverse engineering is not allowed.
6. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to provide a stable and secure service, but some functions can be affected by connectivity, devices, or third-party services. Reports do not replace required professional, legal, or accounting review.
7. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting mandatory user rights.
