1. Google data accessed
| Permission or data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| openid and email | Identify the Google account selected by the user and display its email as the connected account. |
| drive.appdata | Create, read, update, and delete SanadSarf files only inside the hidden application data space. |
| OAuth tokens | Continue synchronization after consent without requesting the Google password. Refresh tokens are protected on the server. |
The drive.appdata permission does not give SanadSarf access to ordinary Drive files, photos, or documents.
2. How we use data
- Connect a company to the Google account selected by the user.
- Synchronize vouchers, imprests, master data, users, permissions, reports, settings, and related attachments.
- Restore an existing company or create an independent company database.
- Perform user-requested backup, restore, and synchronization operations.
- Protect the service, diagnose errors, and maintain company audit records.
We do not sell Google or company data, use it for advertising, or use it for purposes unrelated to the stated SanadSarf functions.
3. Storage and security
Each company's data is separated. When synchronization is enabled, it is stored in application folders such as SanadSarfDB1 inside appDataFolder. Public environments use HTTPS, OAuth tokens are protected, and user permissions and audit records are enforced. Google passwords are never stored by SanadSarf.
5. Retention, deletion, and revocation
Data is retained while the company or service needs it. Users can revoke SanadSarf access from their Google Account settings. An authorized company administrator can remove local company data while retaining the cloud copy, or delete local data and the cloud application database using the confirmations inside SanadSarf.
6. User choices
- Decline Google connection or revoke consent later.
- View the connected account and synchronization status.
- Request help with access, correction, or deletion within company authorization.
- Create a local company backup using the dedicated backup functions.
